  • Self employed carpenter/contractor prior to becoming a home inspector.
  • Employed as a full time home inspector from 1984 to 1994 with a well known local company.
  • Created my own Home Inspection Company Matika Home Inspections Inc. in 1994.
  • Performed over 12,000 inspections in the last 34 years.
  • Certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors since 1984.
  • Pennsylvania State certified.
  • Licensed in the city of Philadelphia.
  • Graduate of Landmark Education and continuing participant in Landmark Education since 1984.
